"È già il secondo anno che andiamo a trascorrere il ferragosto a Vallombrosa per sfuggire al caldo di Firenze. L’albergo è molto accogliente e davanti all’abbazia oltre ai principali sentieri da percorrere. Il personale è molto accogliente."

"Nice and clean upscale hotel, great staff, very nice breakfast. Little too far away from the historical sites!"

"Excelente hotel , desayuno muy completo , habitaciones muy cómodas."

"High class hospitality! This property was BEAUTIFUL, and the best service staff I’ve ever experienced. The amenities such as the morning breakfast with a view were a highlight to our trip. We also came while they had a free shuttle which was so helpful for getting into the city and back. The room was nice & clean. "The hotel had an antique feel and was very clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and helpful with directions, and the amenities and breakfast were excellent. Having wine and a light snack every evening was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Really liked the hotel, the location was excellent. Room size was a generous size, the added twin-sized couch was nice to have so as not to spend all the time in the room on the bed. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good value for price."

"Very well decorated, look lije a palace. Extremally well located, excelent staff"

"I liked that there was a restaurant and a buffet for breakfast and I have one complaint. Why is the pool not inside because it’s usually really cold in Italy and but that was not very major. The hot tub was very nice. It could be warmer and the bed was hard other than that everything was perfect."
