"The people were so helpful and the room was large and had everything we needed, incredible location with easy transport from the train station to the Rialto stop, then a short walk to the hotel without any stairs. If we go to Venice again, will definitely rebook"

"It is ideally located, a few steps from the old town. The apartment is spacious, clean and artfully decorated. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. The host is extremely helpful and responsive to your needs. Garage was an extra bonus if you have a car."

"Please note that the property does not have an elevator. This means we were bringing our senior 65 parents up so many flights of stairs to the top floor. House was mediocre, not the cleanest. Photos oversell the property massively, be warned."

A home away from home.

"My daughter and I loved our stay at this hotel. Staff were super nice. Kudos to Christian and Lisa who helped us with all our needs. The hotel is very close to the Rialto Bridge with easy access to the vaporetto which is a huge plus in Venice. The view from the bar on top he third floor is fantastic. Thanks!!!!"
