Personnel courtois. Une erreur dans la description de la chambre indiquait qu'il y avait une cuisinette alors qu'il n'y en avait pas pour une chambre standard. Il aurait fallu payer 50$ de plus mais la réception de l'hôtel a acceptée de nous le faire au même prix

Passiamo sopra alla non perfetta pulizia del bagno che era comunque accettabile. L’assenza del frigo bar in inverno non si è quasi notata. Ma la mancanza di personale la notte e la domenica è una cosa pesate. Per fare il ceckout ho dovuto chiamare un numero per le emergenze e ho lasciato sul bancone la chiave della stanza senza vedere nessuno. Avevo anche fatto presente di un problema strutturale in bagno che non è stato risolto.

There was no reception attended there.

We were unable to get into our paid for room because there was no receptionist there. There was a note saying that the reception was closing at 12:30 that day, even though our check-in time was not until 4 pm.

Great staff & parking. I was glad to be able to do my laundry, but the process was more difficult than it should be. One washing machine was down, and the dryer was programmed to turn off after 30 minutes.

Don't do it

We did not stay due to the fact we could get no food or drink anywhere near hotel,check in person tried and could find nothing I tried to tell hotels. Com about our ordeal & requested a refund none of which has happened. Be warned this is not the hotel you want to stay at & hotels.com I'm still waiting for my refund. (Please note I had to give the bad scores because it would not let me post without a score, obviously I don't know because I didn't stay.)

Great quality place and service

We stayed only one night to break in half the long trip to our final destination, but we have had a great experience and we are definitely glad for choosing this place, also considering that we had chosen the same place as a one-night-stop for our trip back home.

Disappointing

We rented this hotel for part of our stay in italy. It stated a kitchenette however had no utensils or kitchenware. There are few restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel im Industrieviertel

Gute Ausstattung, freundliches Personal, aber weitab von der Stadt und allen Geschäften gelegen. Das Hotel wurde anscheinend 2004 erbaut, aber es scheint am Geld für Reparaturen zu fehlen, denn Lichtschalter gingen nicht, eine der zwei Klimaanlagen röhrte, die Halterung für den Brausekopf im Bad war abgebrochen, die Isolierung zwischen Badewanne und Fliesen war voller schwarzer Risse, das Zimmer hatte einen abgestandenen Geruch, den wir durch Lüften aber selber beseitigen konnten.

Très déçu par l'accueil mais super chambre

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel personne à l'accueil au bout d'un moment une dame sûrement femme de chambre est venue ne parlait absolument pas français était vraiment mal gracieuse c'est une amie à elle qui a pu nous expliquer dans un anglais que nous avions du mal à comprendre que le directeur n'était pas la comme c'était le 15 août qu'il ne pouvais pas prendre notre cb on a été vraiment mal reçu le matin on voulait prendre un café et bien personne c'est vrai inacceptable A côté de ça la chambre était vraiment très bien et propre dommage

Oui... mais là non!

Nous sommes arrivés à 22h30 à cause des bouchons et là première déconvenue la personne qui nous accueille ne parle qu'italien ...oups! Arrivée dans la chambre qui je dois bien le dire est tout à fait correcte...Mais là oups again la clim ne peut pas être réglée.Enfin,le petit déj est correct mais pas de quoi tomber à la renverse non plus. Pour résumer avis partagé. PS: je vous ai parlé du nid de guêpe sur le balcon?
