"The staff was helpful and very friendly. The place was very clean. The beds in our room as well as the neighbor guest and my friends beds, you cannot move in the bed without it constantly squeaking. I could hear people because the bed squeaked so badly. There should be a blow dryer in each room."

Callaway Resort & Gardens

"I was amazed that 7 out of 7 employees could not answer the question: "How long has this resort been here?" Also, the Starbucks baristas could use a bit of customer service training, e.g., "It should not be a burden to go tp the back and get more creamer for the coffee!""
