"This is a great place to stay for a weekend getaway!"

"As the owner stated to us, the cabin does have it's quirks; however, that didn't make it unenjoyable! We went with our three dogs and had a beautiful time. Our dogs loved being able to lounge outside on the deck and in the fenced in back yard. We normally have to keep them on a lead or leash at our townhouse complex in Pittsburgh, so the freedom for them was lovely. There is absolutely no light pollution or sound pollution. The view of the night sky is breathtaking. The hot tub is pleasent and would be even better (I'm sure) in the fall and winter. We came to WV to grieve the loss of our daughter in peace, and Teresa and the cabin provided just that. We hope to be back in the future (maybe with snow!)"

"It took us 11yrs to return, but we're so thankful we need. Exactly the recharge we needed. Quiet, peaceful & this cabin has everything you need. We bought our groceries on the way there & never left the cabin while we were there. Sleeping with the windows open at night is the best sleep you can get. The creek, the meadow with deer visiting every night & yes, we even got to see a bear this time. I wish this was closer to us because it wouldn't take us 11yrs to return if that was possible. :-)"

"This was our 3rd year at this cabin and it was wonderful as always. We mostly enjoyed the deck, creek and hot tub. Tue seclusion is just what we needed ro unwind. The host is super responsive. We will be back again next year!"

"2nd year staying here and my wife and I love it! From relaxing in the hot tub or relaxing on the front or back porch it’s all very satisfying! Get to see some wildlife in the field as well. We had 2 bucks and 2 doe within feet of the front porch. They startled us and we startled them when I opened the front door! Look forward to staying next year all ready!"
