It is a bit dated, in a way, but also kind of retro. Nice sized room. Very comfortable beds. Love the real wood paneling. If we come back down there next year, we will definitely stay there again

This is our second stay at the Marlinton Motor Inn. We loved the stay. Convenient location, great rates, friendly folks. They could use some updates on the facilities, like new carpet in the rooms, new mattresses, shower curtains and bigger, thicker towels. Overall, it is a great place if you are in the area and looking for a good, locally owned place to stay. We will definitely be back.

We loved our trip there. Yes its not updated, but it was clean and made me feel like I was at home and in a by gone era. Nice size room with a table and chairs and a nice clean bathroom. I recommend them. The price is unbeatable.

It was wonderful if you’re looking for a budget motel with mice and a room that smells like pet urine , this is your place. Your ambience will include patched walls and ceiling and a nice finish of torn carpet. To be fair, we asked if they were pet friendly and they did accommodate us. The staff was apologetic and very helpful, I don’t think there any other options in this area, so it is what it is.
