"Our stay was great! I booked the accesible room with roll in shower because I have a physical disability. There was a portable shower seat which was extremely useful. The shower head was a bit tricky to use, but everything else was fine. Loved the city view. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Beautiful property with excellent staff. Lovely bar area and lounge. Beautiful art (a metal dress series). Only considerations .. we were in town for a medical procedure at Wills and hence spent time in the room…. no smart tv options to log into (no netflix/prime.. etc.). .. not ideal if time is to be spent in room. Also .. state of carpets (with exception of main lounge area) very poor.. giant spot in room quite an eyesore . Time for refurbishment!!!! Otherwise .. GREAT stay with top notch staff. Ty Muhammad for escorting us to our room and getting us settled when we arrived!!! Kudos to check-in staff as well.. very warm and helpful. Great bar staff too .. although a bummer that bar didn’t open until 11:30AM .. bar side mimosas would have been welcome!!! All in all a POSITIVE experience in a great location. Ty😁"

"Close to Rittenhouse Square and park. Bathroom and shower were incredible. It was a tiny tiny room any the only place to put your suitcase was on the floor. No portable luggage holder, no desk. Large bathroom but with wasted space that could have been used for something else. Did not eat in the hotel. No coffee maker in the room. Very sparse."
