"My cousin and I stayed at this hotel beginning of October for the W2E concert and missed the fan meet because we didn’t get checked in until almost 2 hours later from our original checked-in time. The front staff were not helpful at all! I hate writing bas reviews because i honestly understand staffing issue but that wait time was absolutely ridiculous!!"
