Non-smoking room smelled like smoke, dirty sheets and pillows, bathroom was dirty and had writing on door, hair in bathroom, AC looked filthy…overall just bad. Didn’t even stay the night, ended up checking out
The AC/Heater was disgustingly dirty, dirty bed sheet and pillows (no pic)

They have ROACHES comming out the walls,floors,headboard and i told them they dont even care completely inconsiderate i had my daughter with me she was scared we had to move rooms 3 times n there were roaches in all of them and we had to pay to move the room (DO NOT RECOMMEND)

Aside from the rough driveway, it's a nice place to stay. The staff are really nice here. You don't hear noise outside your room unless someone's right outside your door or close to it being noisy.

So, the price was right, and it was right off the freeway. In this case you get what you pay for. Our bathroom door was falling off the hinge, our smoke detector was beeping every 30 seconds whwn we got there. Maintance took care of it, but it started again first thing in the morning. Both bed comforters had cigarette burn holes in them. The maintenance guy was cool, easy going, the rest of the staff i am pretty sure forgot how to smile.

The workers were so helpful. The first room didn't smell right to me, so they put me in a new room right away. They were very nice and kept it surprisingly clean.

Refrigerator and microwave were great, as advertised. However they misrepresented the internet access, and were rude when I inquired about it. "It goes in an out" I was told. That is a MAJOR amenity, and is a deciding factor.

Wlaked in the room and saw that the floor looked as if it hadn't been sweeped up. Loud music from a club next door. Pulled the bed sheets down to find dirty sheets and a roach on one bed. Checked the other and saw bugs crawling around on it also.

There was so much dust & random hairs (human hairs) that weren't mine on the tables, night stands & kitchen/bathroom. The blankets had brownish yellow stains, it was not clean. My door that connected to the next rooms door was not able to be locked, they couldn't find the key to lock it, my son and I felt unsafe.

This hotel is exactly medium. I've stayed here before, I stayed a second time because it was cheap and good enough for an overnight stay, and I'll probably stay again. The staff is fine--not friendly, but not rude. The room was reasonably clean and updated some time in the past 20 years although poorly lit. A surprisingly large mini fridge and a microwave. I could hear freeway noise, but it didn't keep me awake. There were other people staying there, but I didn't hear my neighbors. Rain shower head with decent water pressure that stayed hot throughout my shower, but the tub has no texture so it's super slick--I put a towel down so I didn't kill myself. The bed was fine.
