"El lugar es espectacular. Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas y limpias. Cuenta con 2 piscinas habilitadas y un salón de juegos cómodo para divertirse un rato. Además, cuenta con una tinaja HotTub muy buena por la cual no se debe cancelar nada extra. Respecto al desayuno es muy completo y bastante variado, puntual en la hora y muy rico. We got there and had a snow storm and lost power for 3 days and we were not offer an explanation, when I asked when we could expect the lights to be back they almost took offense to answer and said they had no ideia but I should be happy they had a small generator and pawer the shower and one outlet in the kitchen. I get it that you can control a snow storm but they weren't prepared at all. So we couldn't use any facilities at the...

"I actually wrote the concierge that I was very impressed with the timely, friendly and helpful client services at RC. All of the other material assets are also very nice; beds, bathrooms, pools, etc, etc but the most impressive was the staff and their attention to timely service and detail. I will stay at RC in general and RC Santiago again for sure. Thanks. "
