"Clean room, GREAT staff, a very good restaurant in the hotel, a lovely rooftop deck. Many, many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store within easy walking distance, and a huge shopping mall 1/2 mile away. The hotel is a perfect place to stay while visiting Las Condes neighborhood in Santiago. "

"Hotel excelente em localização, ambiente, limpeza e atendimento. A equipe foi muito solícita. O único problema sério foi com os travesseiros, que mesmo após a troca (os originais são altos demais) continuaram causando dor no pescoço. Se resolverem essa questão, será impecável."
