"New condition and great decoration style.
I was not satisfied with the cleaning, when we entered the suite we inmediately notice dirty floors & counter tops of kitchen with stains plus humidity smell of towels in spite of having a dryer inside the suite which apparently the cleaning personnel does not use!

" Was very cool to see all the artwork and paintings all over the hotel. Staff was super friendly, english was good and breakfast was not just toast. The only negative was the TV volume was too low and we couldnât turn it up. Maybe we could have asked someone to do it but we never did. The airport shuttle was not free but affordable and reliable.The rooftop pool was nice and was very shady."
"Be sure to read this review! I went ahead and gave it five stars to hopefully balance out the poor reviews it had already received. This property was absolutely fantastic! The room was plenty big enough and had a full kitchen and refrigerator. The only two things that I can say is you need to look for the property as condominio Urban flats. That is the only way you will find this place. I think as long as you know this hopefully you won't need much contact from the management company. The place looks brand new and I can't really say enough about it!asreceived.alrreceived."
"This was my second stay at Hotel Villa Los Candiles, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is wonderfully quiet, the rooms are spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable, I slept like a rock!
What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Olga and Arlen in the restaurant are exceptional. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine effort to make every guest feel at home is something you rarely find. They made each meal feel special and personal.
I came back because of how great my first stay was and this visit just confirmed it: Villa Los Candiles is a true gem. Iâll definitely return again."
"Great place to stay in San Jose, Costa Rica. Catherine was great with communication from start to finish. The facility is very well maintained. Both bedrooms are nice [only one bedroom has A/C]. With that said if you leave the doors open the A/C in living room does good with cooling off the place. Didn't try the restaurant onsite however great food options in the area. If you like Italian try Lo Spago. Santa Ana, Costa Rica was great and I would definetly book again with this host.
