"The state was great. We love this property. We’ve been here several times, but there’s always an issue with customer service at night. We had issues with the Wi-Fi in the room. I try calling customer service through the app. WhatsApp this was the way we communicated with this property, but no one seem to answer until the next day around 10 AM. Don’t get me wrong. I do think they need to work and their customer service, all this does not affect the overall experience that we had. It was amazing. We love the view and the room. I definitely recommend it."
