"It was everything advertised and more. We had ample time to explore the woods, go to the Grand Canyon and hang out in the hot tub. We had all the space to just unplug and be in the wilderness, soaking up the peaceful surroundings and we definitely plan on going back in the near future."

"We had a lovely time at this property, just what we were looking forward. Quite, relaxing but still close to attractions and activities!. The property owner had amazing communication with any of the questions my husband and I had. Our dogs loved the fenced in acre to run while my husband and I enjoyed the hammocks reading books. "We stayed here with our family of 6 for two nights and it was the perfect size. It is quiet, everything is well-maintained and it is a great place to crash after spending the day at the Grand Canyon. It is rural and high efficient, so be aware it has internet, but it was sometimes better to just use our cell phone service and the water pressure is low in the sinks (the shower was okay). The property managers were great and very clear in their instructions and communication was never a problem."

"Lovely little cabin/tiny house. However, I’m not sure how 8 people could comfortably maneuver. The kitchen area was extremely small and would have been difficult to seat/feed even 4 people. Perfect size for two! The location is perfect for exploring the south rim of the Grand Canyon. And, the house is located in the middle of nowhere so no light pollution - clear breathtaking starry nights! Only complaint - why no paper towels? That seems like a fairly easy convenience to provide."

"We do allot of traveling and Sharon and Franks place was by far the best! I wish i could give more than a five star! The cabin was wonderfully stocked and beautifully decorated! It was perfect! Loved sitting on the bench by the cliff having our morning coffee and in the evening sitting on the back deck listening to the Grest Horned Owls!! We loved “ going home” at the end of the day! Will be back !!! ❤️"

We moved stuff behind the cabin to avoid further damage. The trash from the previous visitor was dumped on the ground from the wind before we got there. "The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out...

"This awesome glamping tent setup made for a magic night on the Arizona plains. We got in super late but Jordon had helpfully sent through all the required information and the tent was perfect. We had a cold night (below freezing) but the quilt and heater kept the tent warm and cosy. Brilliant location for stargazing and check out the birds of prey show in the nearby campsite."
