"Exactly what we were looking for on our travels. Tucked away down a dirt road not too far from the canyon. Very welcoming and organize. Tents are nice and it’s a nice place to hang out in the evening. It’s away from the main roads, so bring what you need food-wise, but they do have a food truck as well! Definitely recommend!"

All instructions for using the AC/heating, generator, and other amenities were clear and easy to follow.It was my parents’ first time staying in an RV, and they thoroughly enjoyed it! The views are absolutely stunning, and the location is peaceful and secluded—perfect for stargazing if you know what to look for.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!"

"Very comfortable for our family of 5. The kitchen was very well equipped. It's basically as close as you can get to the Grand Canyon for a rental house. Some of the decor is outdated and could be updated, and the water pressure was often low or uneven. Very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful sunsets. "

"The property itself is great. Very clean, quiet, and beautiful. It's about 30-minute drive to the Grand Canyon. However, I don't like driving on the gravel road leading to the property. I hope it will get paved soon."
