"The hotel is not far from the beach, about 5-min walk. The pools are closed in the evenings. There is no AC in the apartment and there is a large hot water cylindar in the open kitchen and living area, which make the apartment too hot."

"The Hotel Beua Rivage was a great palce to stay for my first time in Nice. It is situated right at the begining of Old Nice. I could easily walk into the new part of Nice or the old section from this hotel. It is just acros the street from the beach on the Mediterranean. I easily found my way around and enjoyed walking, biking and outdoor dining."
