"We were very disappointed in the service . We informed them we would be late arriving ( after services closed) due to change of flight .when w E arrived , no key , no code to get a key , nothing . Several text messages went unanswered, phone calls went to an answering machine. Finally we had to find other accommodation at midnight . Next morning no reply from them until after midday when. "I really loved the customer service. Everyone at this hotel was very helpful, understanding and informative. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was away from restaurants or the city and the beach was still a little far given that we didn’t have a car. It wasn’t at a walking distance. However, the shuttle was available to get to the city. "
