"We were very disappointed in the service . We informed them we would be late arriving ( after services closed) due to change of flight .when w E arrived , no key , no code to get a key , nothing . "This is an unstaffed hotel, but communication e.g. to reply to my questions, worked very well. Everything worked as it should. The room was comfortable. The neighbouring cafe available for breakfast was nice - they also looked after my luggage for a few hours for a small charge."

"I really loved the customer service. Everyone at this hotel was very helpful, understanding and informative. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was away from restaurants or the city and the beach was still a little far given that we didn’t have a car. It wasn’t at a walking distance. However, the shuttle was available to get to the city. "
