"Terrible experience! We booked four “2 beds” rooms for 4 nights, but when we checked in, only one room has 2 beds, so we had to change rooms on the 2nd day to get 2 beds because no 2-bed rooms were available. On the 2nd day we found the AC in 2 of the 4 rooms did not work, so we had to change rooms again. Then, one room has no hot water for shower. There are 3 elevators in this hotel but only one of the 3 is working most of the time. At the checkout time I waited 20 minutes and still could...

"a bit far from paris if you’re planning to visit while you stay here(1 hr by metro/tram). we spent every day going back and forth to and from paris. if you’re planning to save money by staying here, not worth it just stay closer to paris! very nice hotel. lacks fridge in room, iron, and water is not free. bed was comfy!"
