"Unsere kleine Wohnung im ersten Stock war liebevoll eingerichtet, die Wohnküche so geräumig, dass unsere zwei Kinder (1 und 3) toll spielen konnten. Der Strand ist idyllisch, auf dem kurzen und steilen Weg dahin wachsen Brombeeren. Auch im Garten haben unsere Kinder gerne gespielt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entspannt, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einziges kleines Manko der Wohnung: kein Seeblick. Aber da ist man ja tagsüber und man kann sie vom Garten aus sehen. Und hinten raus...

"Die Anreise war problemlos, da der Besitzer Massimo schon vorab den Standort geschickt hat, außerdem gibt er während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps für Ausflüge. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist super, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."

"Sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist wintertauglich und sehr gut ausgerüstet. Unterschiedliche Zimmer von sehr gross und schön bis zweckmässig. Grosse Badzimmer. Viel Platz, sehr schöner Garten. Die Betreuung durch Roberto war hervorragend. Die Zufahrtsstrasse (nur ab der SS 2 möglich!) ist etwas ruppig. Alles ist gut organisiert."

"We went there with 19 persons. A wonderful place on the top of a hill so always a nice breeze despite some hot summer days. A bunch of place to be and spread out. Well equipped kitchen to cook for a big group. Nice midsize Pool. The Check-in was quite tricky because the coworker of the Host spoke italian only. For this reason we got poor local and organizational informations. Help your self…"

Huge property with a great pool area, woodfired barbecue and large patio. Great spot from which to tour Umbria and southern Tuscany. The location is windy, sometimes very windy, if you are planning to use the pool area."
