"Die Anreise war problemlos, da der Besitzer Massimo schon vorab den Standort geschickt hat, außerdem gibt er während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps für Ausflüge. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist super, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."

Tout etait fournis à l'arrivée : linges de lit, serviettes de toilette, liquide vaisselle, éponge et torchons. L'accueil des propriétaires etaient chaleureux et leurs conseils bienvenus. Chien, chat, tortues nous ont réservés un acceuil amical. Le jardin est très grand, idéal lorsqu'on a des enfants. La piscine est un avantage non négligeable au vu des températures très élevées. "We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."

"We went there with 19 persons. A wonderful place on the top of a hill so always a nice breeze despite some hot summer days. A bunch of place to be and spread out. Well equipped kitchen to cook for a big group. Nice midsize Pool. The Check-in was quite tricky because the coworker of the Host spoke italian only. For this reason we got poor local and organizational informations. Help your self…"

"Zufahrt, übelster Schotterweg 1 km steil bergauf. Mit Audi A6 mehrmals aufgesessen. Bungalow war für uns nicht beziehbar. Ziehmlich unhygenisch vieles kaputt und eklige Möbel. Die Agentur hat uns nach öfteren telefonieren dann auf der Straße sitzen gelassen. Mussten uns dann eigenmächtig ein Hotell suchen um nich auf der Straße zu schlafen. Wenigstens bekamen wir unser Geld wieder. Katastrophe nie wieder."

"Lovely location on hillside looking towards Orvieto, secluded but just 10 minutes from the parking lot and escalator into the city. Huge property with a great pool area, woodfired barbecue and large patio. Great spot from which to tour Umbria and southern Tuscany. The location is windy, sometimes very windy, if you are planning to use the pool area."
