"Felt more like a three star than a four star hotel. Beds not very comfortable, one small pillow per bed, rough, small towels. You have to ask for a key to the gym, per day. Good location, nice room overall."

"The staff were lovely. However the hotel is tired and needs updating. The toilet didn’t work in the room. There were fingerprints on the furniture and the tiling grout etc was tired. Breakfast was good and the lobby area is nice but the room itself was disappointing"
