"Lovely hotel and great staff. Rooms were tidy with many extra ammenities. Beds are a bit low to the ground but comfortable. Mini bar with lots of complimentary snacks. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant and booked our reservation. Valet parking. Only problem was the first morning there was no hot water :( Staff went to fix the water heater but it did not warm up before we had to leave. Pool a bit weird since it is crammed into a tiny deck space and looks like an oversized aquarium"

"Check in was smooth, and the room was nice. Unfortunately we experienced problems with the shower as no water was coming out. We reported the problem and the staff was very helpful and provided us with a solution. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean. "

"It's a perfect location for enjoying the Carmen neighbourhood. There's lots to see and do within walking distance. The property itself was comfortable, spacious, relaxing, and had all the amenities you would want for a short stay. The manager was accommodating when I ran out of laundry soap - very responsive and positive! "

"The camping city is a bit outside the city, so it's green and closer to the beach. There is only 1 bus on the route with the frequency of an hour, so it's a bit inconvenient. The rooms are okayish, not very clean. Carry your own blankets or you could rent one. There are no shops or restaurants close by. My room was right next to the highway making it a bit noisy. The cost of the room on the website is way too high for the value. "
