"This property was welcoming, very clean, new, bright and open. Lots of kitchen and dining space with every small appliance and gadget you could want. We didn't use most of it due to travelling back and forth for graduation events but enjoyed early morning coffee and quick bites. Watched one TV show in the evening with family. My husband brought his laptop and was able to check work in between events. It is very quiet in a rural setting. Not far from Naples or AMU where we attended events."

"The house in Naples was wonderful. Very modern with nice amenities. The location was very private leading to an undisturbed, restful vacation for our group. This was especially important as a few in our party were recovering from health issues. We enjoyed the wildlife, especially the deer that came to visit. The beds were very comfortable conducive to a good night’s sleep. The owners were very responsive & helpfulproperty. "

"We rented a three-bedroom home with a pool to enjoy for 72 nights. Prior to our arrival, the hosts contacted us asking if we wanted to have the pool heated and use the pool during our stay. We inquired how much it would cost for the time we would cost to use during our stay. They quoted a price of 3,800. We responded that we would probably only use it in March as that was when family would arrive for a week's stay. They responded with a quote for 1,200. We told them that would be fine. However, upon our arrival, we were told by the pool service that there was no heater. Another issue we encountered was low water pressure. We informed the hosts about this and they did send a plumber out to check on it. However, nothing was done until one evening we had no water at all. We notified the hosts and at 11:30 at night, 2 repair men came and worked until 2:30 a.m. to get it repaired.There is a cabana inside this residence. Pictures are shown of it. When we inquired about the cabana being locked, we were told that the cabana was where the Mother lived. However, she typically does not stay there when they have the house rented. A week before our family arrived, we received a text saying that the Mother was moving into the cabana. We were not told we were renting a shared residence and had we been told from the onset, we would not have chosen this place.There were a couple other issues, but ran out of space.The worst VRBO experience."

"What a beautiful home! And wonderful hosts.. They were very responsive and made everything seamless for us. the home had everything we needed for our stay. The amenities at the club house were awesome. We enjoyed many days at the pool and the live music at the tiki bar. The main dinning area is stunning. The food was great. It was a perfect place tot relax and enjoy our family. we will be back!"
