"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean although everything was old and in need of refrehing. I believe that is in progress. The ladies that met us were very helpful. There was no elevator and I have difficulty walking up stairs, however, the staff was very supportive and helpful with our luggage to get it all upstairs. overall we would give them a good mark!"
