Quick mountain getaway

Personal circumstances necessitate last minute arrangements and a need for private accommodations with no shared public spaces. Ultimately, the space was way more than we needed but I can see where it would be perfect for larger groups on a ski, fishing or hunting trip and nearby Mount Robson Park is an underrated gem.

Peaceful cabin and well appointed!

Lovely cabin...very clean and well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Check in process super easy. A little far to Jasper.... 1 hour and 20 minutes one way ... but we make the drive there and back easily. Not to be missed is Mount Robson Provincial Park a mere 20 minutes away. Make a free online reservation to guarantee your spot for a day trek to Lake Berg and/ or Lake Kinney in the Park. Thank you!

We found the property even better than advertised. It has the best kitchen supplies of any of our rentsls. Lots of toweks,blankets..even games. Wonderful dealing with owners. Very clean. Lots of parking. Close to hiking trail. Five minute drive downtown. Nice biking.

It was easy to book, check in and out. decent view close proximity to Mt.Robson and jasper. The cabin was great beds are small but you only sleep in them. We used the firepit all evenings we stayed, all wood provided was cedar fires smelled fantastic. Very quiet crescent, felt like we had the corner of town to ourselves. We will definitely book again with family, or friends. I bet it’s incredible in the winter.

Everything you need for a family getaway

The house is beautiful, the neighbourhood is SO quiet, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for all of your cooking needs (even a large turkey roaster) and stocked with the basics like cooking oil, an excellent section of spices, coffee (though if you prefer a gourmet blend, bring your own) and even sugar for your coffee. With 3 bedrooms and 7 beds, and seating for dinner for 11, it's a great location for an extended family vacation.

Beautiful large family cabin

This home was a great find for our family’s trip through the Rockies. It is a luxurious home, well-appointed with tons of amenities, and new furnishings. It is in a great location just off the Main Street of charming Valemount, and a quick and easy drive to Mt. Robson provincial park and still a comfortable driving distance to Jasper. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone planning a trip in the area.

We have stayed at a number of VRBO rentals over the years and this one by far was the best from the perspective of amenities/equipped for your arrival. Too many things to list, but very well thought through to ensure a comfortable stay like you were at home! Tack on the views and proximity to Mt. Robson/Jasper/etc. plus the trail system that Valemount and surrounding area support, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mountain getaway.

Couldn't be better

Our family vacation this year was Canada with the intent of hiking Jasper and surrounding areas. Due to the fires and smoke our planned hikes had to be re-worked but this house made everything better. Beds are super comfy and the 'early to bed' people were not bothered by the 'stay up late' group. Sound did not travel to the bedrooms which is a big plus. The kitchen is beautiful with room to stock all supplies and support four cooks at once. The owners are responsive, understanding, and available for questions. It is an hour and a half to Jasper but the drive is pretty even covered in smoke. We had a great time and highly recommend this home.
