"Personnel jamais disponible, agacé à toute sollicitation: 1/4h d'attente à la réception malgré la sonnette, idem pour entrer dans la salle à manger, pour quoi que ce soit. Salle de bains SANS balayette, gobelet ou patère. Aucun ménage effectué en deux jours. La balayette de wc nous a été carrément REFUSÉE (wc sales en arrivant et donc en partant). Il a fallu demander des serviettes propres et du papier toilette. Jamais vu ça."

"The location near to the Victor Hugo house was really convenient with easy access to the town. The gardens are beautiful and the food excellent. We couldn't fault our stay at the Pandora and would definitely choose it again. Thanks to everyone at the Pandora for an excellent stay"

"Couple staycation. Lovely overnight stay, nice welcome, lovely room and the restaurant/bar was packed being a Friday evening - highly recommended to always reserve a table. Friday has live entertainment (music). Lovely meal and a nice breakfast next morning. Check-out was 11am so a lovely relaxed way to start the next day."

"The staff are amazing at this hotel, they are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing and the restaurant for evening meals is excellent. Rooms are clean and presentable. Nice pool to enjoy too! Very nice garden centre in walking distance and bus stop also in walking distance."
