"The breakfast was great. The room was clean. My door didn't catch/close completely, so when I left my room and returned all i had to do was push and it opened. We were actually locked out of the side door to get into the building but the front desk remedied that. One morning a couple brought their dog into the breakfast area and management was quick to ask them to take the dog out. They said their key card wouldn't open their door either. "

"My bathroom had lots of hair in it from a previous guess . When checking out my card was charged although I paid thru hotels.com . It took 3 days for them to correct it. The manager stated as a courtesy my stay would be free . That was nice because I didn’t even ask for that . However it seems he went back on his word as I have yet to receive credit and no one is responding . This is actually the only hotel I visits when in Valdosta . Honestly I may stay again since Valdosta doesn’t have much...

"Hotel rep checked me in, you could tell that they're doing a lot of maintenance work with new paint and keeping up with everything. I would say that the paint job in the bathroom I had was sloppy but eh I don't care much about that. We came in very late night off the road, with a pet and kids grabbed several hours of sleep and hit back on the road again and this was the perfect spot for this! I've never stayed at a red roof and I didn't have high expectations but honestly I've stayed in nastier...

"The inside (paint, carpet, etc.) is beginning to show it's age. Have been here the last four years for business and a refresh is needed. "
