"The spa and hotel are absolutely beautiful. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The spa facilities are immaculate and varied and never felt crowded. Our room was comfortable and spacious. There are lots of lovely touches such as the spa toiletries in the room and the included aperitif (free flowing prosecco and nibbles). "Very nice hotel with good restaurant! All was great except staff not speaking English and lack of WiFi. They say they speak English, but it is not true, so you will have to explain with fingers and hands, but it is not really a problem. "My daughter and I stayed here in late April. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and our room was clean, spacious and welcoming. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the restaurant staff were perfect. We did the spa and massage and the facilities were amazing. "Well done---simple, basic , not complicated and as expected. I used the location as a base by which to explore the mountains. Close to some excellent restaurants in Bormeo and elsewhere. BEAUTIFUL VIEW from the room Breakfast cosi cosi, but OK. And at the end, the owner gave me excellent advice and directions to get to my next stop--and it wasn't easy--maps and GPS don't quite do the job in that area. Well done"
