"I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!"

"Comfortable hotel in a good location. The room was compact which was tricky as we had lots of skiwear but this was more than made up for by the hot tub, sauna, steam room and ski lockers with boot warmers! The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. You can park right outside (snow permitting) to unload before parking in one of the main car parks. Recommended, especially if you book one of their larger rooms."

"We stayed on the Pichu wing. Everything was ok. You have to buy your own toilet paper, trash bags ect, which I felt was strange. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a toaster, stove top and microwave. We did cook a full meal one night for fun. The on-site restaurants are not worth it.
