"We had a 4 night’s stay here and used it as our base for tours around Toscany. It is located in a quiet area outside Siena. The apartment was nice and clean. We used the kitchen for minor cooking and that worked well. There is a supermarket close by and small restaurants in the town. The AC was working great. "Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "

"Beautiful property at a scenic and peaceful location. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which had 2 bathrooms, a real bonus! We appreciated the pool and the deckchairs scattered around the grounds of the property. There were many restaurant choices within 10 min drive from the property. Things we did not like: 1. "The bedroom was small but had a lovely view from the bathroom window and balcony. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. It was disappointing that the room was hot and stuffy even with air-conditioning on (temp 24.5 degrees). We opened the balcony doors which helped however let insects in. It was also disappointing for the price that parking was a few minutes walk from property. "
