"Loved having the kitchenette area. They didn’t have client laundry facilities as listed on Hotels.com website, but did tell us where a public laundromat was located. Staff member Lou very friendly. Staff at restaurant helpful in altering menu items to accommodate our dietary needs, quickly correcting a mistake in one of our orders. Parking a bit challenging being in a medieval city, those with mobility issues may want to reconsider staying here."

"This place is historic and beautiful. It is old. If you like shiny new rooms, it’s not for you. It’s gorgeous and old and charming. The pool that looks out over the town is one of the prettiest things I’ve ever seen. It’s on the most amazing steep, windy medieval street I can imagine. I love it. "

There's a great view from the terrace and dining room of the chateau and medieval city. Reception staff are welcoming and helpful.
