We had room 17 which was absolutely lovely with a large sitting area. The views from anywhere in the hotel are lovely and the staff very helpful. "

The hotel ignored me and did not reply. Hotels.com did not give me a refund either because its robot could not figure out how to do it. Very disappointed. "

"it was a pleasant stay. great pool. probelm with kitchen tap was fixed staight away. There was mould in bathtub / shower, which should be cleaned up. Parking close to your unit was hit or miss, plus very small turning area if unable to park close."
