Kick your feet up and unwind in the living room equipped with a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture (a sofa and an armchair), WiFi-connected Sonos speakers, and a cable TV. Extra perks include puzzles, games, and books, as well as radiant heating, luxurious sheepskin rugs, and throws - you'll experience the coziest and most comfortable stay.

The chef of the group will love the full kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances (including a full-size fridge, toaster oven, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave), a coffee maker, Ninja blender, fondue pot, and a breakfast table. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
