"This is a long-term facility. That means there is a stove, refrigerator, and a microwave however, they do not provide a clock, a coffee maker, or hairdryer. There is coffee available in the lobby 24 seven. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room very clean. We had a great day."

"This hotel was very charming. We loved the building itself with it's high beams and brickwork. The rooms are all set around atriums with a courtyard in the middle. Brickwork continues throughout the hotel with twinkling lights greeting you along the hallways. We even had a little enclosed patio off of our room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were fine, the usual fair you would expect with a "breakfast included" establishment. There were a couple of misses that prevented me from giving 5 stars. There weren't enough outlets on my side of the bed for charging both my phone and plugging in my cpap machine. There were no hooks for hanging a robe or drying a towel. The closet was tiny - not enough space for two guests. I am not a coffee drinker and the tea selection was disappointing. Overall though - a very pleasant stay."
