"We were comfortable here. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt safe. The thermostat is quirky but the AC works great if you stay on top of the thermostat. The pool was too cold to swim. The TV/Remote had no instructions or service or antenna. You have to use your own streaming service if you want to watch TV. We did miss having access to news and local channels. "The desert garden was wonderful. Sitting on the porch with coffee, flowers and birds. I relaxing time in May to start the day. We had a very comfortable stay with everything we needed; plenty of all the necessities. The only problem we had was that we didn’t have the welcome book with directions on how to turn the cooling system off and were not sure as to actually start the laundry."
