Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful energy use.
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Please let us know if you're having them! Here are a few important guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
Weight Limit: Dogs must weigh no more than 40 pounds, with a maximum of two dogs allowed in the home.
Cleanliness: Please be sure to pick up after your pets in both the backyard and front yard.
Pet Fees: A flat fee of $50 applies for stays of 5 days or less.
For longer stays, a fee of $15 per day will be charged starting on the 6th day.
We currently cannot accommodate your furry pet cats due to housekeeping allergies. We hope you understand.
