The location is convenient, just a quick drive to the airport and close to great dining options and shopping in downtown Vancouver. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern touches that made the stay feel a bit more upscale. I also appreciated how quiet it was, considering how close it is to the airport. One thing that really stood out was how well the staff handled a huge influx of guests when Air New Zealand canceled a flight. Despite the sudden rush, they stayed organized, professional, and friendly. You tell they’re used to managing high pressure situations without compromising service.
