"Clean suite in basement of family home. Separate entrance, well-equipped space including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We could hear occasional footsteps above, but nothing bothersome. Really nice to meet Howie and hear some of his stories, hope to be back here!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming North Vancouver B&B. Marguerite was such a warm and welcoming host and truly made the experience special. Her lovely dog Jazz added an extra touch of joy. The house is beautiful, with its character details and inviting porch, and the neighbourhood felt safe and full of great restaurants. Best of all, it’s just a short walk to the water bus for easy access to downtown Vancouver. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Vancouver! Highly recommend – thank you, Marguerite! "

"Wow, what a great location and the accommodations were wonderful as well. Anything and everything you could need was provided. Street parking was a little bit of a challenge, but manageable. The location was right off the freeway and there were plenty of eating and grocery options just a short distance away. You were centrally located (any even closer to others) to many of the attractions in Vancouver. Don't tell anyone about this location because I want it to be available when we return!! Leah even thanked us for checking in very quietly. There were a couple of steps and a slight incline to navigate to get to the rear entry, but manageable even with my wife's bad knees"

"Lovely basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to BC1 and walking distance to restaurants, shops and SeaBus. Bus stop 3 minute walk away. Apartment is nicely decorated, upgraded bathroom and comfortable bed. Even a private patio table for two outside! All amenities as described, didn't need to buy any necessities except food and drink. Host was very responsive and so nice. Highly recommended!"
