"I am supremely disappointed in the communication and attitude of Foothill Properties and their representative. I was clear about late arrival and asked for check-in information, they said that would be fine but no further response about check in details was given. About an hour away from the property I reached out several more times calling repeatedly. Nothing. It wasn't until I got in contact with VRBO customer service (also extremely unhelpful) that I got a phone call back. Now at this point I was ready to check in, get my grandmother inside and call it a day, but the woman was SO rude and dismissive and refused to take responsibility for their mistake in communication (claiming that check in information was sent 48hours ahead of time when I didn't book the home until maybe 24 hours before arrival time.) that I really didn't want to stay there anymore. So I didn't. I would say make sure you have booked this place WAY in advanced to be sure you can get in and enjoy it. Super bummed it happened this way."

"Visited Sedona but stayed in Rimrock which is a beautiful 40 minute drive away. I can’t say enough about the Beaver Creek Inn. It looks very unsuspecting but the people who work there, including the owners, are absolutely amazing. It’s clean, comfortable, affordable, quiet, serene and superbly accommodating. There is no pool, but ample shade in the outdoor areas as well as your private back patio. You will not be disappointed."

"Wonderful place! Very pet friendly, big enclosed yard! Close to everything, Dollar General in town has pretty much everything you forgot! The only bad thing I could say is they asked if they could leave a bottle of wine from local winery & we didnt get one... not a big deal at all lol but we looked everywhere for it. Amazing stay!"

"this place is absolutely perfect, the attention to detail everywhere was so amazing. we didn't want to leave the backyard living area, it was so comfortable and relaxing to just sit and listen to the sounds of the creek. We also spent a bunch of time wasting the day away in the creek with our inflatables and enjoying the down time. The house, yard, creek, and scenery is just perfect for that relaxing getaway. cottonwood, sedona, flagstaff are just a hop skip and a jump away, making it very accessible for daytrips. the only downfall we came across, and it wasn't even that big of a deal was we couldn't log on to any streaming services over the t.v. Oh no (sarcastic voice) we will just have to sit outside and enjoy beautiful nature, lol. thank you for letting us enjoy your wonderful home for a few days, we will be back again."

"We had the most amazing stay! The home is stunning - pictures can't really do it justice - it is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. Every detail from the lighting to the record player and library invites a sense of calm. The property is gorgeous and it was nice being around a variety of animals while unplugging from city life. And the host is fantastic - great communicator, super friendly, just a top notch person - I was glad to have the chance to meet him. I am recommending this place to my friends and would gladly return."
