"Coming in from Phoenix we were hoping for an early check in instead of waiting until 4:00 pm. We were let in around 11:00 am., it was a very nice relief. A very comfortable stay and sound night of sleep. Will return again. Ps- The small kitchen area has everything you need (cookware) to cook and prepare your own meals. A full size refrigerator was excellent too. Beautiful views around you and space to breathe."

"The room we stayed in was just remodeled and it was perfect with all the amenities you could think of. Our room had a full size refrigerator, small stove top, microwave, toaster, sink with drying rack, plates, bowls, glasses and utensils. They have Crabtree body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. They have a concierge service in the lobby that helped answered questions. They gave us cookies when we checked in and explained all of there amenities they had on site. The pool was heated. Grills and tables available. Property is still going under some remodeling in some areas. Property was very well kept up otherwise. Views were absolutely beautiful. Plenty of parking available on site. Close to everything within walking distance. Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock are very close to the hotel and great for hiking! Short drive into Sedona. I’m so glad we picked this property. Family friendly and was very quiet. Would definitely stay again and would recommend!"

"The room was clean, the beds very comfy but the bathroom with the toilet and the bathtub is old and the sink is outside. No soap and towels in that section so I had to go out to pick up both, while I was already in the bathtub ☹️. Very useful fridge where we kept bottles of water in the freezer section to travel the next day. Breakfast was good, our friends said the scrambled eggs had no taste but they liked the waffle and I liked the toasts and oatmeal. The hotel is like a motel, outdoor stairways (no elevator) leading to 2 floors of rooms, open to the parking."

"I was highly impressed with the property considering the price was so low for this area. It was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. The pool area is well kept and even has a nice grilling area. A nice breakfast each morning is completely free with your stay and I found it to be a nice place to mingle with other guests. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. 10/10 recommendation"

"This is a GREAT spot to stay in the Cottonwood area. The home is very clean, has everything you need and is in a very quiet area. Check in was super easy, beds are comfortable, towels are SO soft and everything was just perfect. The home is near restaurants, grocery stores and just about everything you’ll need! Thank you for such a wonderful stay."
