"Room was spacious and clean, the hotel has been renovated for a bit but we can still see the corridors is old specially the carpet, but overall the property is clean. The morning around 9:45 i went down for the breakfast, but there is no coffee left already, that was a little disappointed. We came around 3pm for check-in, despite the checkin time is 4pm but the front desk staff was very helpful and give us a room anyway :)"

"Unfortunately, we stayed at the hotel during a labor strike, so there was no housekeeping service. We were compelled to stay there due to its proximity to our relatives' home, but we suffered the inconvenience of waiting at the entrance; protesters only allowed cars to pass every five minutes, forcing us to walk to and from the street. There was no breakfast, though the bed was comfortable and the room spacious; however, a hotel of this caliber lacked basic amenities like slippers and toothbrushes. We would have appreciated a partial refund for the lack of services, but they claimed they had notified us—a message we never saw because it was sent to Expedia rather than directly to our email. Consequently, we felt the money spent was wasted given the absence of services. We had to request cups and coffee pods, and room service had to be ordered from outside the hotel; as for bottled water, it was provided only once, after which they charged $4 per bottle."
