Came to Utica for the Wine Walk. The location was perfect. The suite was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with the owner was great. We enjoyed staying over the shop, which had great coffee and tasty food. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Will definitely come back.

Amazing 3 night trip to Utica in this newly renovated condo. Located above a unique coffee shop and across the street from a sports bar with excellent food. Starved Rock State Park has many trails to hike and is just minutes away.

The Loft was an incredible space to relax and enjoy ourselves when not hiking, shopping or dining. Very well maintained and furnished with everything you need. In this day and age it is a blessing to find accommodations that exceed your expectations.

Excellent downtown Utica location for a girls weekend. Only issues: No blankets for the pull out bed. Suggest having extra in closet. Fireplace did not work.

Just a 1 day stop on a long trip out west. Just perfect. Location is outstanding. Truly lovely town and atmosphere. If you landed on this, just do it you will not be disappointed. Host has others in the same building as well. Only other note, make sure you stop downstairs for coffee!!

The property was completely as pictured if not better. The property owner was fabulous. From the big to the small, they thought of everything when putting the property together. The location was great. Right in the downtown with access to food, drinks and live entertainment. Things shut down around 9:00 so no noise issues. Highly recommend!

Perfect little base of operations for exploring Uitca/LaSalle/Ottawa area. Friendly local business, great outdoor adventure options in the area, and reasonable prices all around. Slick industrial space within a historical building....comfy bed, quiet space w/all the creature comforts. Will be back!

Slight hiccup with checkin but owner really responsive so worked out fine. Loft is beautiful, clean, well stocked and perfectly located for hiking. The shop downstairs is great and everyone is super friendly. The street outside is basically a beer tent so keep in mind it's probably kinda loud on weekends. Besides the weather, our only disappointment was how many shops only had wknd hours.

It was a very nice clean Homey place. Our only drawback was lots of steps when you enter. We stayed in the loft and there was stairs up to the bedroom, but other than that, everything was excellent.

What a beautifully renovated and historic place to stay for a quick girls getaway! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and instructions were clear and simple. The pull out couch was a little uncomfortable to sleep on, but I think that’s par for pull out couches lol.
We would 100% stay again!
Thank you!
