"My room smelled of cigarettes, badly! The phone in my room didn't work , when I called the front desk it was constantly busy, the electric outlet in the bathroom was broken , I couldn't dry my hair the cord kept falling out; the side was propped open with a rock , not very safe"

"Fast internet, but very insecure. Relatively big rooms. Annoying staff kept knocking on our door every morning even though we paid for a room for over a week. Lock was clearly busted on door. Horrible bed and pillows. Terrible coffee machine. Toilet sinking into the floor and bathroom smelled bad. Hair left in the shower. Weird lighting. CONSTANT loud working on the property. Workers very needlessly boxed my car in and made me late to work. But affordable!"

"I needed a early check to coordinate with a family member in the hospital and they accomodated me. The bed was so soft and I slept well. There was a problem with the outside door not locking and they fixed it right away. The breakfast was fresh and really good coffee. Staff friendly and helpful."

"The temperature in the room was to warm and the aircondioner did not kick on at all. It would be a good idea to provide at least 2 towels per person. The bath matt was wet when i enrolled it. Assuming it hadn't been a fresh one. We went out to get a bite for breakfast and was sadly greeted by a non working coffee pot and only yogurt and Hostess donuts. Don't advertise as a bed and breakfast of there is no breakfast. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. "

"One of best basement rentals in all of Provo area. Very nicely updated and decorated. Relatively spacious kitchen and family room area with open concept. Comfortable furniture. "

"We were in walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and parks, and within a 10-minute drive of everything we needed. Lots of room for my wife and I and two teenage boys. My wife says it was a "cute" place. Clean, bright and modern. Would definitely stay here again."
