"Aside from noisy door openings closing in halls, and over priced and slow valet its a great hotel with friendly staff and renovated rooms and huge TV’s with excellent TV station selections esp able to find usa station other than CNN! Gym could be a little bigger as 3 people in it makes it a crowd and air circulation not so great"

"This brand-new lovely townhome in a quiet development was perfect for my elderly father and I during our 4-night stay. The home is situated 15 minutes from Niagara Falls, far enough to be peaceful yet close! You will not be disappointed renting from Anna and Roman - they are stellar hosts!! Below is my list of Pros and Cons, however, the cons DID NOT detract from our 5-star experience and are mostly suggestions to take things to the next level. Do not hesitate to rent this home for your vacation needs in Niagara Falls, Canada. Pros: 1. Communication/tips from hosts excellent. 2. Location perfect 3. King bed in master with en suite was ideal for my elderly father, walk-in shower, shower seat and grab bars. 4. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom comfy w/bathroom just outside the door. 5. Kitchen very well-equipped. 6. Furniture is comfy. 7. Starter supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc. 8. Bathmat under sink in 2nd bathroom, tub/shower very slippery so use it.Cons: 1. Thermostat is password-protected and you must contact the host if you want it cooler/warmer, no ceiling fans so bring portable if suffer night sweats like me. 2. Full sun into large living room/dining room windows, no shade/blind, curtain is sheer/see-through, afternoon sun directly in your face. 3. No table lamps or side tables, all lighting is recessed ceiling with no dimmers (there are pole lamps in bedrooms). 4. A kitchen dishtowel & cloth would've been nice, hated wasting paper towels."
