Only downside was the deco , really needs carpets or laminate flooring , been a long time since I have stayed in a hotel with carpet in bathroom . The Resort is not in Usk it is Llangybi in rural area of Usk so if you’re a shopper drive back into Usk or on to Newport neither are a massive distance . But if you swim . Like walks. Massages etc and fine dining you will just stay where you are.
