"We had a very good stay in the room with a view enjoying the good restaurants, the nice SPA and the swimmingpool. We got very good service also for planing our excursions and visits to local restaurant in Rapallo. The shuttle was a very good service. From a sustainability-wise, we could have used towels and sheets a bit more/longer. The late night music on the veranda was a bit disturbing. "

Recommend ferry to Portofino (hotel ideally based a few minutes walk to jetty). We walked back the 5km which is a beautiful route but a long way! Beautiful hotel with lovely looking facilities - we wished we were staying longer than one night."

"Very comfortable rooms, excellent staff, easy valet parking, great on-site restaurant and room service. We also utilized the same-day laundry service and concierge services for finding places to eat and to visit. My mother actually had a medical emergency while we were staying there and they quickly got her a cab to the emergency room a few blocks away and allowed us to extend our reservation while she was being cared for. They went above and beyond for us and it's a really nice and comfortable hotel even if you don't have an emergency!"
