"Excellent value and location for three-to-four day visits to Genoa. Breakfast price very reasonable and with wide availability. However, the dining room can be very crowded and can be a bit chaotic, as it is laid out. Otherwise all other other aspects were very good. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again."

"This hotel is close to train station (7 minutes walk) and shopping street (lot of restaurants to choose). Staff are mostly young, energetic and friendly females. Our bed is comfortable and shower cube is very spacious. Breakfast is great for everyone. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed our stay very much."

"This review is for sister hotel next door at hotel Grand Savoia where we got upgraded. It’s great they let us check in early at 10 am coming from a cruise. A great 5 star hotel with nice reception desk and elegant lounge. Room was very nice clean and a good size except mattress was little soft. Train station and bus stops including bus for hop on hop off bus is just across."
