Lovely and unique place to stay, experienced in staying in a cave room, room was clean and daily housekeeping. Buffet breakfast was fantastic, all the people working in this place was kind and helpful.

Hébergement tres calme, chambre tres spacieuse. Authentique, qui va bien au concept de la ville. 10 minutes a urgup, 15-20 minute a goreme en voiture ( lieu touristique). Dans une petite ville tres sympa. Personnel a l’ecoute et tres accueillant souriant. Petit déjeuné compris. Nous avons tres apprécier cette hotel et avons mm eu des petit cadeau souvenir pour notre départ. Au top

The structure of the hotel was from the exterior unusual and interesting but the room (superior cave room) was disappointing to say the least. It was humid which made the sheets damp and the whole room smelled like mold, suggesting poor maintenance. The room had freezing temperatures (in Mid August) which kept us awake all night. When we raised our concerns to the reception, we were regarded with attitude and impatience but were eventually transferred to a second (much drier) cave room. The location was not very strategic considering where the main touristic facilities are. The location was often out of their pick up range, so we had to take multiple taxis back and forth which were not cheap. The breakfast was good, but it doesn't provide other meals or room service. Unfortunately, we have to say that we had an overall negative experience of Hanedan Cappadocia suites and will not come back.

서프라이즈...

호텔까지 이동은 자가용만 가능합니다. 괴레메, 위르굽에서 상당히 많이 떨어져 있습니다. 입구는 아주 초라해 보이는데, 호텔을 들어서는 순간 아주 깜짝 놀랄만한 장관이 펼쳐집니다. 직접 보시길... 눈이 오는 추운 날이라 방이 엄청 추웠습니다. 난방이 전혀 되지 않았습니다. 따뜻한 날씨에는 최고의 호텔이 될 수 있습니다.
