"The hotel is situated next to a nature reserve , with a spa, and wellness centre. A very good location. However I found the room to have a very strong smell of damp, there was a lot of dust on top of the curtains, and lamp shades. When closing the curtains the dust fell down and the curtains were stuck along the curtain pole, I’m not sure if the room is used often enough to be thoroughly cleaned each time as it felt very damp as though it was cleaned a while ago and left. "Not quite an old hotel, but not modern either. Best things are the rooftop terrace view and location near several colleges and the Cam River. Six Restaurant also has a spectacular view on the 6th floor. Not much of a lobby, which presents an issue if you want to wait, but it is possible to use one of the restaurants or the terrace. "

"The property is very conveniently located to allow great access to all the Cambridge sights. The room was lovely and well-appointed with teas, coffee and even hot chocolate. The property is beautiful and allows for great walks in their green space. The staff were definitely helpful though sometimes with a slightly detached attitude. That is the only criticism I would have. "
