Parking was $25 a night for underground, or can find free parking on a nearby street (summer only). Had to take garbage away or pay a housekeeping fee (ridiculous rule). Overall was a good stay"

"The suite was cute and a good layout, towels were very clean, linens were crisp and fresh. Furniture was nice too. But with no AC and only 4 small windows with no air flow and no screens it was very very hot and stuffy. They did bring us two more fans which made it bearable but not comfortable. Also, the dishwasher was broken so that was difficult. The whole place could use a refresh. I would t recommend for a summer stay but in winter it would probably be very cozy. "

"This property (unit 207) was adequate but is dated. It was fine for the price that we paid but I'm not sure I'd stay there again. The pillows were horrible and I'm quite sensitive to dust and found myself awake both nights with allergies. The place is NOT dusty and appeared perfectly clean but I think this is how it is with older properties. I also saw silverfish in the bathroom while I was up in the middle of the night. I think this may be expected in an older property but still not...

"Great location if you want to ski blackcomb. Lots of space, clean, and has everything you need. Hot tubs / heated pool are a great perk. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great ski storage set up. Close to shops."

"Check in via remote was a total pain. The lady on the phone was polite, that kept me going despite my frustration... email said i could abort registration and do it at front desk, which i was told by phone not possible. Also no idea where site was until registere via phone. I do not like how check in was at all, all else was passable, parking should be included..."

"We were on the 4th floor and I guess residences are upstairs and made a lot of noise till very late. They were moving furniture and music loud and we can hear everything. Besides the noisiness the hotel was great. "
