"Impressive hotel. Great location. Excellent car park. Superb breakfast. Took a room in the villa which was very comfortable. Only odd thing was, the external door doesn't appear secure. We were woken by a woman shouting at our door at 05.30. Hotel were totally unbothered by this & told us to call the police! Don't book the villa if you are woman travelling alone."

The property is located literally in the middle of a large vineyard on top of a hill with a full view of lake Bodensee and the village of Hagnau. The owners are extremely welcoming and accommodating, and they are serving a delicious breakfast in the morning. The village is about 8 min walk downhill with all the restaurants, bars and marina. "Great stay in the spacious Old School Haus next to the Chapel in the beautiful countryside. Spacious lower level of the school house with great wifi and a large kitchen. Very nice and gracious hosts. Off the beaten path but has nice restaurants a short drive away."

"We booked this for the good price and it ended up being a wonderful surprise. The kids area and the pool and Spa and rabbits and guinea pigs were all awesome. The room was tiny but comfortable and there was everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic. We decided to eat dinner there too and it was seriously so so good. I would definitely come here again. Also it was quiet even though it was full and had plenty of kids! "

The perfect distance from Lindau!!! Easy to get there and nice to be out of the city busyness. Strongly recommend. "
