"Wir haben lediglich eine Nacht verbracht, waren aber absolut zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern, mit Schick und Charme, eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen, da Brötchen und Marmeladen selbst und frisch hergestellt werden. Auch konnte der Besitzer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen, wenn es um die Suche nach Restaurants ging. Sollte ich noch einmal "eine" Übernachtung benötigen oder gar Urlaub am Bodensee planen, ist das Hotel, Gästehaus und die Appartements meine erste...

"The hotel is in an excellent spot in Friedrichshafen. We had a beautiful room that was well appointed with lots of extras that American travelers are accustomed to: refrigerator, coffee maker, plenty of towels. The properties well maintained. The hotel felt secure."

"Recks is managed by the same family and they do it all... the cuisine is excellent, the hotel is well appointed and the property is beautiful. Everyone was super helpful and super nice. Although the hotel is old, the rooms are really large and pretty and clean, and everything works well. Spring was blooming at the hotel gardens and it was quite a sight... highly reccomend. "
